Antony Munguti serves as the Project Team Leader and Solution Architect for the SCK Shared Services Project, providing overall technical direction, solution design leadership, and coordination of the consultancy team. He brings over 20 years of ICT management consultancy experience across Eastern Africa, supporting large-scale systems implementation and institutional transformation initiatives.

He holds a degree in Electronics Technology and Computer Science and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems. Antony is a PRINCE II–certified Project Management Practitioner, with deep expertise in IT strategy development, business analysis, system selection, project governance, and business process re-engineering.

His technical background includes hands-on experience in system development and integration using technologies such as Visual Basic, .NET, and relational database management systems including Oracle, MS SQL Server, and MySQL. This blend of strategic and technical capability positions him well to translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose shared services solutions.

Within the SCK project, Antony provides leadership in solution architecture, implementation oversight, and alignment of technology platforms with SCK’s shared services vision, ensuring robustness, interoperability, and long-term sustainability.
