Annastansia Ochuku is an accomplished IT Business Analyst and fintech professional with a strong track record in driving digital transformation and systemic change within Kenya’s financial services ecosystem. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex technical infrastructure into practical, scalable business solutions that enable institutions to thrive in the digital economy.
At SACCO Central Kenya, Annastansia serves as Project Support Officer, where she plays a pivotal role in the development of the Shared Digital Service Platform. She is currently steering the initiative through its inception phase, having successfully supported the formal sign-off of the Inception Report in January 2026. Her work ensures alignment between national digital infrastructure, governance frameworks, and the strategic priorities of member SACCOs.
Previously, Annastansia held key roles at InterIntel and Nouveta, where she led the delivery of integrated digital solutions and optimized technical operations. As a Product Owner, she guided cross-functional teams, improved agile delivery processes, and enhanced stakeholder engagement—resulting in faster time-to-market and stronger adoption of fintech solutions.
She holds an MSc in ICT in Business & the Public Sector from Leiden University (Netherlands), where her research focused on interoperable digital data systems for the East African Community, and a BSc in Business & Information Technology from Africa Nazarene University. She is certified in Business Analysis Fundamentals and continues to deepen her expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
