Kibagendi is a seasoned financial sector regulator and cooperative governance expert with over 18 years of experience spanning insurance regulation, policy oversight, and institutional governance. He currently serves as a Manager at the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) and is the National Chairperson of Hazina SACCO Society Ltd. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from AGRA College and brings extensive knowledge and expertise in:
