Sacco Central Kenya establishes Technical Working Groups to provide specialist, nondecision making support during design, implementation, and operationalization of shared services initiatives. Through this governance structure, SCK ensures inclusive participation, regulatory alignment, and delivery of secure, scalable, and sustainable shared services for the SACCO sector.

These groups report through Management and the Business and Technical Advisory Council.

They include:
